Small Batch Craft Beer
Los Cerveza mexican lager. 5.6% ABV 31 IBU
Take a trip south of the border with Los Cerveza! Brewed with imported Pilsner malt, wheat malt and flaked maize for an authentic Mexican style lager. Golden hued crisp and refreshing!
Moonstone porter 6.2% ABV 22 IBU
Named in homage to Moonstone Beach, a local treasure here in Humboldt County. A robust Porter, deep mahogany in color, brewed with all imported English malts, and a combination of Northern Brewer and Willamette Hops.
CHILI PEPPER SPICY ALE 6% ABV 22 IBU
"It's hot boy!" A Crisp American Wheat Ale infused with Brewmaster Carlos' special blend of fresh and fire roasted chiles for some serious burn. Also makes a great mixer for beer cocktails or marinade for your favorite meats.
WEATHERMAN WHEAT 6.0% ABV 15 IBU
A creamy smooth wheat ale brewed with Hallertauer and Saaz hops for a slightly malt forward profile and light hoppy finish.
Raspberry lambic 7% ABV 10 IBU
Inspired by the fruity Lambics of Belgium, we’ve strived to recreate this fabulous style for Six Rivers Brewery. After numerous attempts starting over 20 years ago, The Raspberry Lambic Style Ale was born. A special Belgian yeast was selected along with Belgian dark candi syrup and Noble Hallertau Mittelfruh hops. The brew is then aged on 400 lbs. of real raspberries and toasted French oak chips. All these ingredients combine to make this delightful ruby red ale a popular favorite winning dozens of local and regional awards.
INDIA PALE ALE 7.2% ABV 77 IBU
A traditional English style India Pale Ale featuring imported malts and hopped with Cascade and Columbus hops to achieve maximum balance.
SASQUATCH DOUBLE IPA 9.2% ABV 99 IBU
Legendary, like the beast itself! English style Double IPA, loaded with Pacific NW, Cascade and Columbus hops to a whopping 99 IBU then perfectly balanced with our mix of all imported malts. Six Rivers Brewery only uses whole hop cones, never pelletized!
bluff creek citra pale ale. 5.8% ABV. 54IBU
Our Bluff Creek Pale Ale has made it’s triumphant return! This crisp refreshing ale has an updated flavor profile featuring Citra hops. Brilliantly golden in color and highly aromatic, this light ale a perfect go to for any occasion.
MACADAMIA NUT PORTER 6% ABV 22 IBU
A sweet and robust porter with nutty, chocolate and coffee notes serving to balance its decadent profile. Makes for a delightful dessert pairing… or you could have it with some ribs or something too, whatever’s clever we’re not the boss of you.
2022 Redwood pride kettle sour 5% ABV
Brewed way back in 2022, this kettle sour was made with strawberry and mango puree. This tart and flavorful beer has been patiently aged for 22 months.The fruit flavors dance on the tongue with a delightfully sour finish in a fabulous finale. Only 15 gallons left of this splendiferous elixir. Get it while you still can!
LADY’S HAZY IPA 6.5% ABV 81 IBU
This NE Hazy IPA is hopped & dry-hopped with Simcoe, Mosaic & Citra hops. 5 lbs. of grapefruit added to the hop-back lends a lemony citrus flavor to this popular style.
