SMALL BATCH SPECIALTY CRAFT BEER
When you think small batch - think Six Rivers Brewery
Using only the finest ingredients, we pride ourselves in staying true to the traditional English style of brewing with a focus on balance.
The following styles are small batch specialty brews that are only available on draft.
Brewed with Crisp Pale Ale Malt, White Wheat Malt, and unmalted locally sourced Gazelle Rye from Redcrest, Ca harvested by John LaBoytaeux and milled by our friends at Alchemy Distillery (who even joined Carlos for the brew!). This copper colored ale delivers a distinct rye flavor in harmonious balance with Sterling and Hallertau Mittelfruh hops. A cold fermentation and aging period produces a lager like character and a pleasant rye finish. Try pairing it with cured meats and an aged Cheddar cheese.
The Pink Lady of beer. Brewed with Organic extra pale Maris Otter barley and white wheat malt. Generously hopped with the Pink Boots Special Blend from Yakima Chief Hop Union to celebrate the accomplishments of women in the brewing industry. A salute to their hard work, a dried organic hibiscus flower will garish the pint! Not as sweet as she looks, this pale ale packs a 65 IBU punch. Wonderful tropical aromas of mango, passion fruit and citrus flavors combine for a sensory experience that leaves you wanting more. Cheers to the ladies. #PBB2018
Considered the original session ale. Brewed with floor malted Maris Otter barley, White wheat malt, and Chocolate malt. Lightly hopped with Willamette hops. This malt forward mahogany colored ale has hints of toffee and caramel. Traditional English ale yeast contributes fruity flavors of raisin and plum with a medium dry finish.
This brew is deep golden hued with pronounced aromas of mango, pineapple, and passion fruit from generous use of Galaxy, Mosaic, Equinox and Citra hops. Although there are no fruits actually added to the brew, these hop varieties are well known for their tropical characteristics. The brew then finishes with a lingering piney citrusy flavor that says more please! This beer was featured at the Bistro Double and Triple IPA fest in Hayward Ca. as part of San Francisco Beer Week 2018
