Formed as a three piece band in 2002 Anthony, Dan, and Mark found instant chemistry in their musical connection. This connection was explored through the songs of other artists, in other words they were a cover band. Their common (and not so common) influences fueled their exploration of this new collaboration. Though the material was not their own, the sound that began to emerge had a distinct character all it's own, funky, high energy very danceable rock and roll. Then in 2003 Harmonica Joe was invited to jam, once again there was instant chemistry. |

Formed by Grinch front-man Wolf Navarro, Nazarites bassist Eric Andrew and drummer Kelly Brannon, Silent Giants are a three piece (sometimes four when we have a keyboard player!) progressive rock band based in Humboldt County, CA. They have taken the spirit and the musical prowess of their favorite prog-rock bands and created a unique blend of metal-funk-rock that's not found often these days. Providing well crafted lyrics, thundering bass lines, soaring guitar solos and hypnotic drumbeats, these guys bring the heat every time they play!!! With a slew of original songs and covers in their arsenal they are a professional self-sustained, touring force to be reckoned with!! Already having played with such great acts as DelMar, Sol Jibe and Australia's Live at Subs, these guys are already on their way to making a name for themselves in the Northern California Music scene. Their first full length CD is almost done and they are slowly but surely getting ready to hit the road this fall! So stay tuned for more details as they arrive and please sit back, relax and listen...... |
